Keep public discussions about the shared experience
You can ask how others organize a long story or which reply format they prefer without naming your account. Describe the feature and the result you want. A short description of the control is often enough for a general discussion.
A Reddit post or another independent discussion does not open an account-support request with us. Other members' experiences can help you frame a question, but they cannot change your plan, recover your login or resolve a particular charge. Those details belong in a private support message.
Understand the Discord connection before authorizing it
Use a community destination supplied by Secrets, or ask support for the current one. A copied logo or a similar server name does not establish an official connection. You never need to give a member your Secrets password to join a discussion.
Joining a server and linking accounts are separate actions. The Discord integration uses authorization and can synchronize a role with an existing subscription. Review the selected Discord identity and permissions. Each Discord account can connect to one Secrets account, so an existing link elsewhere can explain a failed attempt.
An eligible first Discord link can receive a one-time 100-Moments bonus. It is not a recurring grant or a subscription upgrade. Check the account offer and the feature requirements before deciding how those Moments can be used.
Send private problems to us with useful context
Email support@secrets.ai for login, billing, connection or data questions. Include your account email, the affected feature, the exact error and roughly when it occurred. For a payment issue, add the identifying receipt detail rather than the full card number.
Crop screenshots to the relevant control and remove unrelated conversations or other people's information. Keep passwords and verification codes out of the message. Use common account and feature answers or help with a failing action if you first need to identify what went wrong.

Follow a destination provided by Secrets or ask support@secrets.ai. Account linking uses Discord authorization, not a password handed to a server member.
Does posting on Reddit send a request to your support team?

Can a Discord subscription role change my paid plan?
No. A synchronized role reflects an existing subscription. Joining a server does not buy or upgrade a plan; check Secrets settings for billing status.
