Keep the same account whichever way you open it
Browser access and the installed web app use the same account and feature access. If you already have a subscription or ongoing conversations, sign in with the original credentials. Adding an icon does not create a new message allowance or Moments balance.
We do not distribute Secrets through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Follow the browser installation route instead of downloading a similarly named app or a third-party APK. A familiar logo alone does not establish that a download is ours.
Add the app using your device's browser
Open Secrets in the browser before using its installation control. The exact menu wording depends on the browser and device. Once installed, launch the saved icon and use your existing account.
- On iPhone or iPad, use Safari, tap Share, choose Add to Home Screen and confirm with Add.
- On Android, open Chrome's menu and choose Install app or Add to Home screen.
- On a supported desktop browser, use the address-bar install option or the browser's app prompt.
Treat alerts, updates and billing as separate settings
On iOS, push notifications need iOS 16.4 or later and the home-screen installation. A regular Safari tab is not the same notification setup. Installing and allowing notifications are separate choices; check device permission as well as account preferences if alerts do not appear.
An eligible notification offer may add a one-time 25 Moments. It is not a recurring allowance or a reason to assume every media action becomes available. Check the offer before enabling notifications for a bonus.
Website updates provide the installed app's content. Keep the browser current instead of searching for newer APK files. If the installed view looks different from a normal tab, compare the signed-in accounts first.
Removing the icon does not delete your account or cancel renewal. Use account or subscription controls for those actions. For an installation problem, tell support which browser and device you used and whether the same account works in a normal tab.
Common questions
Does installation give me a different Secrets AI account?
No. The web app uses the account you already use in the browser, with the same conversations, plan and balance.
Which APK should I download on Android?
None is needed. Install through Chrome using Install app or Add to Home screen rather than a third-party APK.
Can I use Secrets without installing it?
Yes. Stay in a supported browser if you prefer. Installation is optional and mainly changes how you launch the service.
Do updates require another installer?
No. The installed app receives website updates. Keep your browser current; you do not need replacement APK versions.
